Our museum quality archival paper prints and canvas prints are produced using high-precision print technology with high quality canvas and fade-resistant, archival inks.
Do you have a guarantee and return policy?

How close will the print on the website look next to the print I receive?
We have highly skilled and experienced graphic artists who are able to beautifully reproduce any genre of art. Since different computers screens may have different depictions of colors, there is always a slight variation between the reproduction and the original work of art.
How can you sell your prints at such low prices?
We feel art should be affordable to everyone. With us you are purchasing direct at wholesale prices with no middleman and no obscene gallery mark up. We have volume production power, low overhead, as well as a non-brick and mortar approach, so we are able to pass the savings onto our customers.

Do you reproduce any prints?
We cannot images or works of art that are under copyright. If you do not know if a work is still under copyright, you may still send us an inquiry and our copyright administrative staff will research this for you.
Can you produce a framed or gallery wrapped portrait of me or my family?
Yes, just go to the My Photos to Art section of our website. It's quick and easy.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes if I am located outside the U.S.?
International orders (orders outside the United States) may be subject to customs fees and import duties and taxes of the country where the order is being shipped. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where the order is being shipped. Customs policies vary by country, so you should contact your local customs agency for more information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover), PayPal, check or money order. We also accept debit, bank or ATM cards as long as they have the Visa or MasterCard logo.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only Florida residents pay sales tax, which varies depending on which county you are located in. Corporate and trade accounts located in Florida where we have received a current, signed copy of the Trade Account's Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax do not have to pay sales tax.
Can I open a corporate and trade account?

If I order a print with a frame, would it come ready to hang?
Yes, when you order an archival paper print or canvas print and frame from us, we mount it into the frame and include all hardware and hook. So all you have to do is take it out of the box and hang it on your wall!
What is the difference between canvas stretching and gallery wrap?
Canvas stretching is where your canvas print is stretched and stapled onto 3/4" wooden stretcher bards, which is necessary before a canvas print is mounted into a frame. Gallery wrap is where the canvas print is stretcher onto 1.5" wooden stretcher bars where part of the finished canvas print edges are wrapped around and visible on the sides of the stretcher bars and the staples are on the back to give a finished appearance on the sides so you can hang your canvas print without a frame.
How long will it take for my prints to arrive?
We have thousands of prints in stock. Your order will usually ship within three business days.
How are the prints protected when shipped?
We are extra careful when shipping your prints. If you choose not to purchase frames for your canvas prints, they will be shipped in a double wall protective shipping tube. If you purchase frames for your prints, they will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in heavy-duty double wall corrugated shipping boxes. See our Shipping Policy for additional details.
Do you ship international orders?
Yes, we ship to any destination that either UPS, FedEx or U.S. Postal Service will deliver to. Se our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
We currently offer free shipping and handling on our framed and unframed prints to our customers in the continental United States. For customers outside the continental United States, we offer shipping and handling for framed and unframed prints with a flat rate shipping charge.
